Workflow

Case study

At this stage, we gather the initial data from our potential customer and evaluate the project. We define the problems and suggest solution. For example, soundproofing for the music studio differs from making the coffee shop acoustic environment more pleasant. We need to get as much information as possible to start working on the design.
Measurements and Tests (PRE)

The next step is taking place on-site. Our team of qualified engineers will conduct acoustical and physical measurements of the space to proceed with the design. We also evaluate existing or project ventilation systems, electrical and other engineering systems to provide a "conflict-free" solution.
Acoustic design

After getting all the data, we make a design which corresponds with the requested solution. We always keep in mind the "before and after" in our workflow. We have the initial space, and we need to transform
Offer/Budget

There are usually multiple similar solutions to be offered to a client. Depending on budget and desired results, as well as non-acoustical elements, such as lighting and the selection of decorative materials and elements, we prepare a tailored quote, including all possible options and pricing.
Contract

Following the final decision on the project budget, we may start our collaboration and sign a contract stating all the financial terms and timeframes, main milestones and any additional clauses related to the project.
Construction

During the construction step, our team follows all technological guidelines and the works are conducted under tight supervision in terms of quality and acoustic properties.
Measurements
and Tests (POST)

On completion, we do another set of tests and measurements using special equipment and issue the certificate, which states the acoustical characteristics of the space. We also use these series of measurements for fine adjustments of acoustic elements placement, speaker positioning etc.
Delivery

On delivery, we ensure that the client is satisfied with our work and that every service is provided as agreed.
as an example, we may need to achieve 50db of isolation (meaning that the sound penetration is reduced by 50 db comparing to original); or we may need to even out the frequency response of the room in the range of 6db and reverberation time lower than a certain value. All these factors will define the solution we offer.
